ROCKPORT-FULTON, TEXAS - Each year the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center has an artist t-shirt contest seeking a design to place on the annual HummerBird Celebration t-shirt. This was an exciting year! The Chamber received a record of 39 entries, 16 of which were students from the RFISD.

“The artwork was just beautiful and it was tough choosing just one winner. Due to the number of entries, we added a couple of categories, and still the 15 judges had a difficult time deciding,” said Shanon Biggerstaff, Special Events Coordinator for the Chamber. “The criteria for the HummerBird T-Shirt is specific and this year we asked artists to incorporate the America 250 Celebration. They did an amazing job!”
